Tottenham new signings 2023/24: Complete list of players to transfer to Spurs for next season

Tottenham are set for major changes this summer as new boss Ange Postecoglou looks to make his impact on the Premier League side.

The future of Harry Kane remains a crucial focus for Postecoglou, and club chairman Daniel Levy, with the England captain a target for Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich — and perhaps Manchester United.

However, there will also be more incomings ahead of the new campaign, with a deal already agreed to bring in James Maddison from newly relegated Leicester City.

The Sporting News looks at the signings Tottenham have made ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Tottenham's first summer moves were to complete permanent transfers for loan players Dejan Kulusevski and Pedro Porro from Juventus and Sporting CP respectively.

Goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has joined from Serie A side Empoli, alongside Maddison's switch to north London and a free transfer swoop for Manor Solomon from Shakhtar Donetsk.

Tottenham's summer business is set to be dominated by Kane with Bayern Munich stepping up their interest in the striker as part of a potential £80m ($104m) deal.

Kane's contract expires in 2024 and the club want a resolution over his plans in the coming weeks to firm up their own transfer strategy.

Vicario's arrival will offer competition to club captain Hugo Lloris for the No.1 shirt — the Frenchman wants to leave before the season starts, though — but Postecoglou is looking for reinforcements elsewhere in his squad.

Porro, Emerson Royal, Ben Davies, Eric Dier and Cristian Romero are all expected to remain at the club but Sergio Reguilon and Davinson Sanchez could move on, with Ryan Sessegnon undergoing surgery.

Reports from Football London say Tottenham are ready to test Chelsea's resolve over keeping Levi Colwill following an impressive loan spell at Brighton & Hove Albion.

Colwill was ever present in an England defence that secured the UEFA European Under-21 Championship title in July without conceding a goal, and he could be available for around £40m/$52.5m.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has been linked with Atletico Madrid with Chelsea's Conor Gallagher tipped as a replacement as Rodrigo Bentancur and Yves Bissouma edge back to full fitness.

The retention of Kulusevski and the addition of Maddison will add to Spurs' attack alongside Richarlison and Son Heung-min, regardless of what happens with Kane.

Postecoglou will play Kane in the opening weeks of the season if the situation is unresolved, with the unproven Troy Parrott and Dane Scarlett in reserve.
